My apertif tonight of Pineau des Charentes overlooking the harbor of La Rochelle.
I’ve decided to move to France, specifically this town on the western Atlantic Coast. We spent the day there today, wandering around the downtown, shopping in the local market (I bought the most delicious baguette), and then touring the salt marshes nearby on Ile De Re.
